Texas Roadhouse Rolls.. but 10x better 🀀 (I know my recipe isn’t the same as theirs! This is my take on it)

Recipe:
– 1 cup warm milk
– 2 1/2 tsp yeast
– 1/4 cup honey
– 4 cups flour
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp salt (add in while mixing dough)
– 5 tbsp melted butter

Spread:
– 1 stick unsalted butter(room temp)
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1 tsp cinnamon

  4. to everyone commenting how dry their bread is turning out, consider adding more butter and milk in small increments to get the dough consistency shown in the video, and make sure you let it rise long enough. In my work kitchen when I have trouble getting my dough to rise, if you put a tray or bowl of water under the rack in an oven that’s turned off but still warm, and make sure your bread is covered while it sits on the rack above it, the rising moisture from the water really helps the bread rise. I hope this helps ☺️

  6. I attempted these, I recommend adding less honey to the butter but even with the same amount is good!! my rolls turned fine, they just have little to no taste? but with the butter they’re amazing!

  7. Help me please !!! I made the cinnamon butter and its good ,but it separates after a lil bit .what butter do you use ?
