Mozzarella stuffed Jalapeño & Cilantro Pull apart bread 🎞


– 2 cups (+3 cups flour *watch video)
– 2 tbsp yeast (active dry)
– 4 tbsp sugar
– 3 tbsp dry milk (optional* can make without a replacement)
– 2 cups warm water
– 1/3 cup olive oil
– 2 tsp salt (add in last)

*Should make around 14*

-Stuff each dough ball with shredded mozzarella, 2 minced jalapeΓ±os, 3 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro

-brush with egg wash (1 egg + 2 tbsp water)

Bake at 365 Β°f for 20 min minutes + 15 min with tin foil on (until your bread is nice and golden)

Fresh out of the oven brush your rolls with:
– 5 tbsp melted butter (unsalted )
– freshly chopped cilantro
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp salt

  2. A waste of time and ingredients ! I was unable of doing it after two attempts : after waiting for the dough to raise, it still is too sticky to do anything with it. There must be some instructions or anything else to do she didn’t mention in her post πŸ™‚
