Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread 🎞

Recipe:
– 1 cup warm milk
– 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
– 6 tbsp sugar
– 1 cup of AP flour

– 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
– 1 tsp salt
– 2 eggs
– 4 tbsp room temp unsalted butter

Filling:
– 2 packs cream cheese
– 5 tbsp sugar
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 tsp salt

Garlic butter:
– 2 sticks melted unsalted butter
– 2 tbsp garlic powder
– 4 tbsp condensed milk
– 2 eggs
– 3 tbsp parsley

Bake bread at 350 for 20-25 minutes initially

Bake again at 350Β°f for 15 minutes after adding your filling & dipping into your garlic butter

  1. I tried this, it was great but way too sweet πŸ˜…πŸ˜… I had a lot of trouble trying to get the dough smooth like she did and getting the filling into the cracks was a struggle πŸ˜…πŸ˜­ but so worth it!
