Crispy Smashed Potatoes 🎞

Recipe:
– Baby potatoes
– 1 cup olive oil
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp oregano
– 1 tbsp paprika
– 1/2 tbsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp Cajun
– 1/4 tsp cayenne
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– Kosher salt (top your crushed potatoes)

Bake at 400Β°f for 30 min, take out of the oven, flip each potato, then put them back in for another 30 min

Top with parsley if you’d like:)

  2. If you’re gonna make this I definitely recommend boiling the potatoes for longer because I did for 15 minutes and they were still way hard to squish to I had to cut them in wedges. Maybe like 25-30 minutes?

  3. Just made these, and they were so good! 🀀πŸ₯°
    Tips after making them:
    – buy actual β€œbaby potatoes” from the store, and not just small sized potatoes
    – when the potatoes are boiling, test the firmness with a fork every 5min to check if they’re done (if a fork goes through it, with not to much effort, it’s done)
    – use maple syrup instead of honey in the Chipotle Mayo sauce if you’re vegan (I found this tasted better than agave)
