  1. please write out the instructions as well. it’s impossible to get it right trying to listen to it😭

  2. I made these today and they were amazing. I just found that the dough might’ve needed some salt and sugar. I also made the dough a bit softer by adding few tablespoons of water.

  3. Yeast mixture:
    ________
Warm Water 1 and 1/4 cup
    Yeast 1 table spoon
    Brownsugar 1/4 cup
    Mix
    Mixture:
    __________
    Flour 3 and 1/2 cups
After letting the yeast mixture set for 10 min add in and nead dough for 5 min
-Put dough in a bowl and cover and set for 20 min
-Flour surface and create dough balls
-Cover dough balls and let them rest for 5 min
-roll dough out and create the pretzel shape
-boil water with 1/4 cup of baking soda
    – boil pretzels for 30 sec each side
-bake for 400⁰ for 8 min
-while baking create cinnamon sugar mixture
-after getting out of oven top with melted butter and add the cinnamon sugar and or salt
