Cookie Butter Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies 🎞

Recipe:
– 1 stick cold unsalted butter chopped ( 113g)
– 1 cup packed light brown sugar
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp milk (of your choice)
– 3 cups AP flour
– 3/4 tsp baking soda
– 3/4 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– 10 biscoff cookies
– 1 jar biscoff spread (for filling)
– 1 cup chocolate chips
– ( kosher salt for garnish *optional*)

– Beat your butter & sugar together for no less than 5 min! 5-10 min is preferred

– Then add in your 2 eggs ( 1 at a time), 2 tbsp of milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract ( mix until well incorporated, but don’t over mix)

– Now add in all of your dry ingredients as well as your chocolate chips and biscoff cookies~ mix until well combined

– Roll your cookie dough into balls & stuff them with your frozen Cookie butter balls (refrigerate your cookie butter jar so it’s easier to roll into balls, then put them on a baking sheet w/ parchment paper & freeze them until firm)

– Add your kosher salt on top before baking (more cookies & chocolate chips if you’d like)

I make my cookies pretty large (you should be able to make about 12-14) but if you were to make them smaller bake them for about 10-12 min at 350! They shouldn’t need more time than that

– Bake at 350Β°F for 18-22 minutes (I baked mine for 20)
